Avital 4103lx and Dball2 Ford

Hi first post here as a member. I installed a remote start and bypass on my 2010 Ford F 250 Diesel automatic. Im not sure what I missed because my instructions were not great and this is my first rs. The truck will start with the key in the ign when I hit the start button on the fob but will not when the key isnt. I followed the instructions and after inserting the second key the bypass flashes orange, then I hold the button on the bypass and with a jumper wire I put 12 volts to the ignition, but the bypass keeps flashing orange..never goes to green. What am I missing before I started I checked and its ignition only to turn the alarm off so do I use both wires on the bypass to the keysense or just 1 cant remember the color this second? When I bought this they told me it was programmed for my truck and I used d2d, but im not sure how they programmed it w2w or d2d. Thank you Frank
