Hello,
I installed a Compustar CS800-S in my brothers impreza.
When I turn the car on with the remote start the airbag light stays on. But if I turn the car on with the key no airbag light.
Whats weird is I installed a remote start on my 03 impreza and I dont have this problem. The only difference is I have a viper 2-way.
So im not sure whats wrong. I double checked wire. They are the same on both cars. Checked the connections and everything looks good..
Thanks for the help!

I looked at a diagram for a 2006 Imprezza.
There are 3 air bag fuses. All are powered from the GRN IGN 1 wire.
I don't see any connection between the ACCY YEL wire and the air bags.
From what I read in your post, you didn't power the ACCY in Remote Start. The only difference between RS and Key is that the ACCY is powered with the key.
Put the key in ACCY position, and do a RS. Is the air bag light on or off?
Also try do a RS, then turn key to ACCY. Again, what did the light do?
If the light goes off with the key in ACCY, power the YEL ACCY wire for a RS. Looking at the diagrams, this shouldn't be it. But worth a try, as that's the only difference I see from your post.
