It may be soemthing as simple as reprogramming the remote to the CPU. I have never heard of this company before but is there an FCC ID number on the CPU casing or on the remote control ?

Yes there is a number in side of the remote control but it does not say FCC ID it    is just some numbers. I would gladly give you the numbers from the alarm remote when I get home. The only way I knew the name of the company I did an internet search with nobody messes with IT, which is the name that is ingrained on my remote control. I do appreciate your help. Here is a site that may help you find out the reprogramming instructions. http://www.adelcom.net/JTI1.htm

They sell this alarm from the looks of it. Try them out first and see if they can help you out.

According to my instructions, Valet mode code learning-turn the ignition on and the valet switch on. Next press button 1 of the remote control for 5 seconds while simultaneously pushing the door pin switch 3 times. The siren will chirp 3 times to confirm that the code has been learned.
