I just did a one-way Compustar 1WAM-S in a 1997 Toyota Camry, everything works fine but the starter kinda hangs for an extra half second or so. for tach I went to black at the coil, then changed it to an injector. I also swapped out the brain for another one, still the same result...any suggestions?
Thanks

TOYOTA, CAMRY, 1997, Tachometer
On the 4 cylinder motor use the black wire in the gray plug at the coil on the drivers side of the motor. On the 6 cylinder motor use the gray wire located at the ignitor on a bracket just in front of the strut tower. The module says Denso on it.
Alsoa make sure you learn the tach from your unit

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.
