I installed a pager alarm/ remote starter in a 1999 new style 1500 silverado 4WD. I cant get the truck to remote start. It cranks but has no ignition. I hooked up the 2 ignition wired listed in this forums wiring diagram to the remote starters 2 ignition wires. Any ideas?

did u bypass the passlock II system in the car. this not being by passed will cause the truck to crank but not turn over. you can either use dei parts 555L or 555t or a relay with the correct resistor

Is the orange "security" light lit up after you try to remote start or otherwise?

sounds like somebody needs a 555L.
