I've tried to connect the blue/red wire to a relay to my alarm system... but it doesnt work.. what am I doing wrong? Help me...

how exactly did you try to wire it.........does your alarm have an output for a horn?.......what kind of alarm is it?

do it this way w/ a relay:
85-ground
86-siren wire from the alarm
30-ground
87-blue/red
this should work, unless youre loookin at the wrong one. check the wire b4 tappin it in.

I have the good wire thats for sure because when I disconnect it, no more horn!
Lets say I connect a 12v lead on the blue/red wire, should horn right? Well it doesnt!
Any impulsion or whatever current I send to the blue/red doesnt make a thing!

hmm..... whats goin on w/ ur horn now? does it still work?
if it does, then use the diagram i listed aboved.

Yap the horn still works but my problem is :
I want the horn to honk when it receives the signal to do it, but another one then the one on the steering wheel..
