problems with shock sensor

i have a audiovox prestige informer alarm with remote start i think it is the aps996 i might be wrong any ways i cant seem to finger the problem with the shock sensor setting the alarm off when the engine is running off the remote start i tried everything the shock sensor  should automaticly terminate when the remote start kicks in any help would be great thanks

not sure why it's not disabling the shock sensor, could be that it's not sensing the tach voltage correctly so it doesn't think that it is still running. But i do have a way to fix it. clip the blue and green wires on the shock sensor. use 2 SPDT relays. connect the sensor side of the blue wire to 87a on one relay and do the same to the other relay with the green wire. connect the alarm side of the blue wire to the same relay as the other blue wire on 30. do the sam e with green. connect 85 to a ground and connect 86 to the ignition wire(wire that shows 12+ volts while ignition is on and cranking) this will disconnect the shock sensor when you go into remote start. Hope that helps.
