I am having troubles finding the door trigger wire on a '96 accord EX. Where exactly is this magic gray plug. The only ones that I have found with blue tape on them are brown with 1 RED / blue wire and a clear 6 pin plug with 2 BLACK/ white 10 ga wires. I have looked everywhere and cannot find it. Please be specific on the location because behind the dash and to the right of the column is too vague. There are no plugs to the right of the column. I found the gray plug at the lower part of the kick panel and when you unplug it the dome goes out but the wire that controls it is showing 12v with door closed and .86v with it open so this wont work. Also after searching for the door lock/unlock wires, I found them at the Y junction in the harness in the kick panel just above where the wiring harness starts to go under the door sill. These wires are green with white stripe and green with orange stripe, contrary to what is in the alarm hookup wiring diagrams. Any help is greatly appreciated. Nice sight by the way.

I have read this before in the search but have found no gray plug to the right of column. Could you be more specific please. How far right? Behind the center of the dash? I have found too many BLACK/ white wires, all showing ground, but will not go away when depressing the dome light door switch and the switch is good.

It is a 20 pin grey connector behind drivers  side dash, cannot remember exact location, but think is only one.  Door triggeris in pin #5, trunk trigger is in pin #7.

Remember the Heroes.  Let's Roll.

If it don't fit, Force it.
If it breaks, You needed a new one anyway!
