I have a 2005 Nissan Altima I want to add a remote start without changing my alarm.  Does that mean I will have 2 remotes(1 for remote start and the other for my factory alarm)? If that isn't the case then how do I get it programed in my factory alarm remote.

NO..............MICRO and OMEGA ( just 2 name 2) have RS / Alarms that you can use your Factory Remotes with.

They need to be hooked up to a 2, 3, 4, Pulse of your Door Lock / Unlock
But the range of your Remote may not be as good as a Aftermarket RS / Alarm
