Installed a Crime Guard 745i2 (made by Omega)in my daughters 95 Mustang Convertible.  I also installed the Omega RS-4LX remote starter.

With the alarm armed, and activating the remote start, the car starts, then the alarm goes off, then shuts down the car.  The remote will restart a couple times, with the same results.  I contacted Omega tech line, they suggested to splice the ground wires of the shock sensor and dual zone sensor, into the two blue wires off of the RS-4LX, which uses an internal relay to temporairly bypass the two sensors.

But I have done this and the same problem.  I have unplugged both sensors from the brain, same problem.

I think the problem is that the alarm senses that the car is running, by way of parking lights, etc but the key is not in the run mode, and then activates.

What am I missing here?

The yellow wire is hooked to the tan/white wire at the ignition harness.  It reads 12v at run and start, and zero in off.

is teh rs4lx a new one?????
there should be a thin yellow wire on the rs4lx that would get hooked up to the yellow wire on the alarm instead of the ign. wire.....that way the remote start unit wont let the alarm see that the car is running and there for it wont trigger......one thing you can do is to see what zone is triging the alarm after you remote start the car.....before you turn the key on, the led will flash a number of time and that will tell you what zone set off the alarm.....
Good Luck
