BLACK This is the (-) Status Out wire (ground when running).  It provides you with a (-) 200mA output as soon as the remote start is activated

ORANGE This is the rearm wire. It provides you with a (-) pulse when armed, after remote start and then again after remote start shuts down.

ORANGE / WHITE This is the disarm wire. It provides you with a (-) pulse when disarmed and before remote start.

Where do these wires go in a 92 merc sable??????

RED / White Wire is used as the (+) Constant power input for the Starter and 2nd ignition.

Would I just hook this up to the 2nd ignition??

RED / WHITE Wire is used as the (+) Constant power input for the Starter and 2nd ignition.

Would I just hook this up to the 2nd ignition???

BLUE Wire will power (+)2nd starter, (+)2nd Accessory or (+)2nd Ignition depending on the jumper selection.

Does this wire even need to be connected??

This is an Arctic Start car starter going into a 1992 mercury sable and this book only tells you what the wire does not where it goes, I have gotten everything else now except for these wires.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The RED / White must go to 12v+ constant in the ignition harness which is yellow. You may have three to choose from, any will do. If you have more than one power input wire like this (as most starter units do) then grab one yellow for each.
I show 2 accessory wires on that vehicle so you should grab both with your acc 1 and the Blue wire you asked about: Gray / YELLOW and BLACK/ green are the two I show. Be sure to set the jumper on the correct pins (accessory position)

Now that I read your question aagin: I am sure you have another wire just like the RED / White wire and it likely says something like: Wire is used as the (+) constant power input for the accessory and selectable output wires. There is also likely a 30 amp fuse on each of those wires (the RED / White and the other I am referring to)
I understand how confusing things can be the first time around since I had a terrible wire diagram and an even worse install manual on my first install and i had everything backwards until i called tech support and they straightened me out right quick. Sometimes re-reading every word carefully helps, like on that RED / White wire it states that it is an input that supplies power to 2 of the most critical outputs that a remote starter has. So Input and Constant mean you need to connect this wire to the battery (but since the ignition harness has a wire that is eventually connected to the battery then you can grab the battery power there).
Be sure to ask any questions you have. Always test wires before you connect to them. Solder and tape well all connections.
Good luck.
