I need the wiring diagram for 2003 Honda Jazz to install an alarm my girlfriends car. Anyone have one handy?

Hi,

I am trying to find the power lock and tach sensor to install my alarm.

I assume to test the tach cable i plug meter to +ve and black to the tach cable and the voltage should rise if I accelerate

I cannot find the Power lock at all.

Correct me if i am wrong. To test for this cable. This cable should be connected to the -ve of the multimeter and the +ve multimeter connects to a constant 12V. When i unlock or lock teh door this cable should show 12V on the multimeter

1) To test for tack wire set your multimeter to AC volts. Depending on the vehilce you should see between 0-5volts, 0 being @ idle 5 or someties higher at higher RPM.

2) There are a few different types of doorlock systems. Check here. https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/doorlocks.asp

MECP certified (If it really means anything)

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where this cable is on teh Honda Jazz/Fit. They are normally easy to find but cant seem to find it on this car.

Oh I forgot. I got the wiring Diagram for the 2003 honda jazz fit which has the Central Lokcing system in it. It can be located here. I cant find what wire i need to to trigger as a power lock and unlock though. Can soem one help me?
