Okay,

I got a Viper 550 ESP remote start/ alarm.  The Issue is I don't know the color codes for the remote start??

I figured as much as the constant 12V and ACC pwr.  I got the pink wire hooked up to the starter "which cranks the motor" but nothing else. Truthfully I got it of EBAY and really do need some guidence.  A wiring Schematic of the alarm would be greatly appreciated " if possible".   The Alarm portion is all set it's just the remote start that isn't starting anything but a nightmare...

on those alarms the red is 12 volts, the pink and pink/white is ign and ign2 respectively, orange is acc and purple is starter.

Thanks for the sense of direction,

Now the issues is that it will try to start and cranks over but won't stay started, it's like it dosn't have enough amps to start the motor but without touching anything I can start it with my key.  It will try to start in gear too, I wish I knew what the deal was??? Please any ideas anyone????

i believe that vehicle has an immoilizer. did you use a by pass because if you did not the alarm will allow the car to turn over then it will die

passlock 2
3 thin wires coming out of ignition harness... black, yellow and white. strip black wire, cut yellow. measure resistance between black wire and key side of yellow while cranking(using black as ground). solder matched resistor from black to engine side of yellow. done.

Okay,

I couldn't find any black wire going to my ignition...

I looked on the cylinder and there's the yellow, going in and a green and a brown thin wires coming out  the other side. I measured and got 1.7K for the Green and 3.1 for the Brown???

Anyone got some advice???
