How would i go about supplying power to my radio when the car is remote started?

If you hook up all the IGN and ACC wires it should coem on.

i got it working correct.  the accessory wire was getting fire, but my radio was not hooked up to it.  i ran the radio remote wire directly to the accessory wire and it is working fine now.

That's a bit of an ... unorthodox solution.
You might want to consult a few wiring diagrams for your car and find the second accessory wire that is currently not hooked up...
