viper 791xv Problems

I can not roll up my driverside window and rain is in the forcast. I have a new viper 79xv that was installed yesterday with the remote start and window module (530T). I used it for the first time tonight and I now my window won't go up. Both the windows rolled down when I pushed the remote button but they would not roll back up. I tried to manually do it at the door switch and nothing. I rolled the passenger side up with the switch on that door but my controls at the drivers side don't work.  It has to be alarm related because from the drivers side control switches, I can control all locks and roll down both rear windows. All the shops around my area (including the one who installed it) are closed. Please assist, this is an 2005 ford f250 super duty. I had it installed at a Sound Advice (tweeter) in Orlando. Could anyone offer a fix for this problem and maybe supply some install grids for the alarm and the dei window module. Thanks in advance. Jason

Last night I checked all the fuses and removed my door panel. The 530t module was there. I checked the fuse for that and it was all good. I started to unplug the module but not sure where each plug plugged into. All the connections to this module were butt connected into my window buttons (not sure if that was normal, aren't they suposse to be soldered. I got frustrated and taping up the window and calling it a night.

After my window had problems, I found a ford dealership on the way home, I stopped by and the service manager himself looked at my problem. He check all the serneros as if it was a ford problem but said it was associated with the alarm. I called the store taht installed it and told them my problem, they quickly started to blame the problem on the motor and said I should take it to ford. I told them what ford said and that I was tired of the finger pointing. I just wanted it fixed!!

Do these module always have issues or is this just a fluke?? Should I just have it removed a call it a day!!

Well the verdict is in. I took it in and my alarm was not even working. The remote was not registering, so I unlocked the door with the expectation that that I would quickly need to hit my valet switch, well nothing.... no alarm siren.  It worked last night except for the window and remote start. The shop looked at it and first pulled the fuse next to the battery (the only one I did not check since my alarm was working) Well I guess the fuse was to small in size and they replaced that and everything started to work again (including the window and remote start). I asked why did the alarm work with the fuse being blown, The answer......the back up battery ran the alarm but wasn't big enough to start my truck nor roll up the windows??? The battery eventually died resulting in my second problem today. Thanks. I really hope not to have any other problems, please let me know if this system has any potential problems. Thank you
