from a previous post someone posted that in order to "wake up" the door locks after the vehicle has been left for awhile, you need to pulse a BLACK / YELLOW wire in the drivers kick with a factory alarm disarm pulse from the remote starter unit your using. i wasnt able to find any BLACK / YELLOW wires, but there were a few yellow/black wires  in the drivers kick. does anyone know how to test for this wire, is this wire coming out of the drivers door harness, or is it the other harness that runs down the kick panel to the back of the vehicle?

Did you try checking in the boot to see if it is there?

Does it happen to have the keyless entry (buttons on the door)?

This is a reguler explorer and not the sport trac correct?
My info shows the sport trac as being yellow/black and says it will be the one with the biggest black stripe.

Another thing you can try, sit in the truck and wait for it to do the bcm shutdown.  Put a key in the ignition (don't turn) and then see if you are unable to unlock the doors.
