Setup:
2003 F150 Lightning
Clifford RSX 3.5
DEI 530T
DEI 555F
DEI 520T
DEI 506T
12ga. wire powers 530T, 555F and 520T.
520T powers RSX 3.5.
Problem:
The remote start works flawlessly. HOWEVER, if I auto roll up/down the windows while running, system shuts down with "over-rev" code. This happens about 1/4 of the time. I've been sitting in the truck when this happens; but the tach never jumps. I've re-taught the tach several times at about 900RPM with no change. I can even rev the engine up to about 4000RPM without it shutting down. I grabbed a coil wire, #8, for my tach signal. Do I need to change the tach threshold jumper to "ON?" It's currently on the default "OFF."
Any input is appreciated,
Edward

I've never seen this problem before.. I would start taking off one componet at a time..to see what is triggering this to happen.

that i will do, i will put  the 555f, and 520t to 12v ignition harnes, the rsx3.5 i will use the other 12v ignition harnes, and for the 530t  use a 10ga just for that. make sure the 555f is in the right spot if the 555f moves little be it. it makes the car shuts down.

UPDATE:
I've observed that if I try to re-learn the tach signal while rolling the windows down or playing the stereo loud, the led just barely lights up. If the car is on via remote start, and the stereo is playing pretty loud, the engine shuts down. BTW, the stereo is consists of 1 50Wx4 and 1 400W amps. Do I have bad tach signal?
Any advice is appreciated,
Edward

Sounds like a Voltage Drop or bad Ground........
You should check or have someone check your Battery & Altenator .........At idle the Altenator may not be boosting the Battery when you operate all your mentioned Accessories.......
