Hey I had the question about the 2001 2500HD, I didn't have the second ignition wire hooked up, so I hooked it up to pin 2 through a relay, and now I have no power to several things on the dash(4x4 switch, cruise, wipers, heater fan, etc.) It also blew the fuses for the remote starter.  Any ideas what I did wrong? Thanks

I hooked up the relay as follows:pin 85 to pin 2 on J2 plug, pin 86 to ground, pin 87 to fused constant 12V , pin 30 to second ignition wire(white 12V small wire from igition harness).  It's like I lost most accessory power.

well it sounds like the relay coil has 2 negative signals which it will not energize to open up is the j2 pin 2 a negative ouput if so then pin 86 on the relay needs to go to 12 volts + not ( - ) also the white wire is approx 14 guage and is right next to the starter wire in the factory connector .

Here is some more info- when both fuses for constant 12v are in J1 plug and the key is in the "run" position everything works, but the starter runs.  When I take one of the fuses out the gauges work but still no heat or 4x4 switch, when I take the other fuse out the horn goes off with key in "run" position.  Any ideas?

Hey Ryan, can you please enter all the wires that you attached from the CS unit to the colors on the truck ? This way we can trouble shoot better to see if there was a connection  that you used wrong or if you require additional relays or diodes.
