I finally found the wiring diagram for my CX but comparing it to the alarm harness it doesnt match up or at least I dont know what their talking about.
I have a Hornet 740T http://www.directechs.com/guides/manuals/ig/hornet/N740T_09-04.pdf
And the civic diagram - https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/detail.asp?info=alarm&year=1994&make=Honda&model=Civic&ID=17970&type=Alarm
If someone can spare the time and walk me threw this I will be forever greatfull!
1. The alarm harness says ORANGE (-) 500 mA GROUND-WHEN-ARMED OUTPUT but can I use just any ground or is there a specific?
2. H2, WHITE (+/-) SELECTABLE LIGHT FLASH OUTPUT, I assume I connect that to the parking lights since I dont want it blinking while Im driving?
3. H3, WHITE/ BLUE (-) 200 mA CHANNEL 3 VALIDITY OUTPUT, I got no idea what that means...
4. H4, BLACK/ WHITE (-) 200 mA INTERIOR LIGHT ILLUMINATION OUTPUT, Parking lights again?
5. and H5,6, and 7, the door triggers, the civic diagram shows 3 but I dont know the difference.
6. H9, YELLOW (+) IGNITION INPUT, ZONE 5, connect to Blk/Yel ignition wire right? whats zone5 mean?
7. H12, RED / WHITE (-) 200 mA CHANNEL 2 VALIDITY OUTPUT, Whats this??
Sorry if those are really stupid questions but I would like to do this myself rather than paying more for install than I did for the alarm. BTW, I wired up my stereo! that was freaking easy compared to this but I want to try my hand.

i am not trying to bash anything here, but when you are asking questions like this I don't think you should be installing this into the vehicle

take it to get installed professionally to save yourself the headache and possible damage to the vehicle

1) could be used for a starter kill relay

2) this wire gets connected to the parklights in the vehicle, keep it on the default setting of positive

3)  auxillary channel maybe for like power windows on the remote and stuff like that

4) illuminated entry wire, when the remote unlock button is pressed  the lights will come on inside the vehicle, optional parts are needed

5) use the green wire for negative door trigger

6) connect to ignition wire in the vehicle yes that wire is correct

7) can be used for trunk/hatch release and so on

Thanks, that cleared a few things up! But the door trigger wires are light GREEN/ red , GREEN / WHITE , and GREEN/ red on my civic. Which one would I connect the harnesses green wire to?
As you said, I might just have it installed professionally... I was looking under the dash today and seen what kind of a mess the person did on the last install (bought the car like that). Live wires touching my feet... large boxes(relays?) hanging everywhere...

definately take it somewhere to get done

use light GREEN/ red in the driver kick panel for doorpin, and use the negative dorrpin wire from the alarm brain

Took your advise and got it installed.... for $105! Eh, they couldnt do the door locks because my actuators werent hooked up to the lock rods. I'm gonna buy some universal actuators off ebay and try it myself.
05gt, all I have to do is hookup the Green wire from the alarm and the lightGREEN/ red wire to the actuators and they should work??

I work on my car and my friends all the time... stripped down and turned into a drag car. I know what I have, its just I know shhh about electronics and wiring. :) I have the actuators bolted on the door frame and as far as I know they work but they arnt connected to the door locking rod. The thing that connects to the manual door lock and handle.
So, all I am really missing is the connecting materials to attach the actuator....but havent been able to find them so I was just gonna get a new set with everything for like $14 off ebay.
These actuator im looking at are 2 wire... seems pretty simple if all I have to do is hook up the green wires, in those instructions on the left I only see like 3wire and 5wire diagrams.
Thanks for the reply bobk. If this make any difference... The car doesnt have automatic locks so its just going straight to the alarm... Buuuut... I would like a switch in the car so I can unlock with the push of a button. But ifs thats going to make things really confusing I wont.

Why would I need relays? Its just a straight shot to the alarm... Arnt relays for running mutiple things on a wire? ...I'm so lost

Okay, looked around again... Since I have 2 actuators(4wires) and only 2 connections on the alarm that would need relays?? I think. Was looking at the Actuators / Reverse Polarity diagram, seems like that one would work but where do I get the actuators? Are there different types? Cuzz I have some bosch ones lying around.
