I have a guy that asked me if the automatic arming can be disabled because when he parks in the garage, the doors lock and the alarm goes on. Can this be turned off?

This is programmed by the dealer, have him ask the dealer.

It shouldn't arm itself. The trick with them is that if you disarm and walk away, the doors will relock and arm. If you open a door and close it, it will break this cycle and not rearm.

if he drives the car into the garage and turns it off, gets out, shuts the door, after like 30secs or so, the doors lock and the alarm arms by itself. He has locked the keys in it a few times and asked me if i could do anything about it. Is there something i can do or does it need to go to lexus?
