I have a 1993 SC400 in my shop and the factory keyless stoped working after installing a alarm disarm wire on a remote start, Anyone know how reprogram the remotes to the system or know why it aint working?

If you can get the dealer to let you look at their service manual, that would be the best way.  On most newer Toyotas, there's a complicated sequence of sticking the key in and out a certain amount of times, opening and closing the door a certain amount of times, and so forth.
