I have a 95 Z24 cavalier with a Prestige Platinum Alarm system, the alarm has everthing except a starter kill.  Is there any way I can make my own.....  I heard it isn't very difficult

You can connect it as zargon described, but you should connect pin 85 to a 12V+ ignition source and not a constant 12V+ source. If you connect it to a constant 12V+ source, the coil of the relay will be energized for as long as the alarm is armed and will drain your battery in as little as two days or less.   https://www.the12volt.com/relays/page2.asp
