I didn't get any responses on other post so i'll try again. On my 94' s-15 4dr GMC jimmy I have the stock keyless entry. I want to get another keyless entry system/alarm. I was looking under my dash and found a black box thing. When I disconnected the wires my keyless entry didn't work. So i figured this was the module. The module(black box thing) is a potter and brumfield   vba-2002   12065122.  On the module, the place where the wires plug in are labeled  F  E  D  C  B  A.

F=  light blue wire.

E= grey wire.

D= thick black wire.

C=orange wire with black stripe.

B= either a light tan or light orange or light yellow (can't exactly tell).

A=thin black wire

What are these wires? Where do they go?Do I need them for my new alarm?

This black box is your door lock relay module for the GMC. The wires you are looking for are in this module. I posted the wire colors of this truck in a previous post and because you have factory keyless entry, your GMC requires a (+) pulse activation and this will locl/unlock the doors. The wires are all there and if you test the wires for circuit verification, you will find which wires you will need.
