There already is a clutch switch.  First you need to use a remote start designed for standard transmissions.  Then you need to test the wires at the clutch switch.  There should be a switch that has 2 wires, one will test +12v when you turn the key to start, the other will test +12v when you turn the key to start and press the clutch to the floor.  That last wire is the one you need to hook the starter output of your remote start to!

The wire you are looking for is most likely pink.

The Ford F-150's have a BLUE/ORANGE wire that is a type 1 clutch . This requires a (+) pulse to engage the clutch. The clutch wire may be the same for the Ranger, but test to be sure.

Use the violet wire to bypass the clutch. This will give the clutch wire a 12 volt only when starting.

Player69: Still haven't figured out a way to do the pause on the roof switch . Tonneau is easy because there's no pause, but roof is the pain.
