Hello,
I am wanting to set up a 555 timer to send out a pulse once every 20 minutes (approximate)... According to MY math, I should set the frequency to 0.0008333 hertz...
I am new to this, but from what I've gathered hertz is cycles per second... 1200 seconds in 20 minutes... performing 0.0008333 of cycle per second would result in 1 cycle appox. 1200 seconds... Am I correct?
But i've been working on this for a while and its 3:00 am and i could be far off... just let me know... Anyone know the values of the componets? I've yet to figure that out.
Thanks,
-Jason

But I did do the equation right? Anyone know what I should set R1, R2, and C1 as?
Thanks,
-Jason
