vss on 93 camry v6 wagon

I read in the charts that the wire is here -> Right Side Dash at ECM 22 Pin Connector , however, I dont really understand what I am looking for. Where exactly is this connection at. I pulled the right side kick panel to expose the relay module, but not really sure where this 22 pin connector is (or is it 24 pin connector). When I find this plug, how to connect to it, is there enough wire exposed to put on one of those connectors that clamp onto the wire and make a spade connection. Any help would be appreciated,      Thanks.

Is this on connector C16, known as teh Cruise Control ECU? I am looking at a diagram of location of connectors in instrument panel, and it shows a ABS ECU, the Cruise control ECU, and (E10) motor specific 34 pin connector. These are all in the general right handed side of the dash, above the right side kick panel, not sure if I have to remove the glove box to get to these connectors. Thanks for any help again.
