1981 Dodge B250m Step Van, Mail Truck

i need  wiring info for a 1981 dodge  b250m (the "m"  stands for mail truck) it is a stepvan.1982 b250m should be the same. they were only made 2 years. i have no turn signals, brake lights or tail lights. test light indicates no power to the fuse. i need to know what wires to check and where they are. (all fuses and bulbs are good). ty
