i have a fuse that is constantly blowing even imediately after a new one is installed. i have a 1996 chevy camaro z28 5.7 v8 ex highway patrol. i am going to check the electrical and i just need some tips on how to dignose whats wrong

oh yea, this is the meter i am using

Is this a fuse in the OEM fusebox of the vehicle, or for some of the police add on items?  What all devices does the fuse power?

Or, what did the original fuse control and have you installed something with a relay on that circuit?

no its the fuse on the car.. and i went down there and figured out how to troubleshoot it... found a plug that had somehow melted to the exit manifold... so im off to pick-a-part and have to find and splice a new connector
