3 things, i have a 2006 kia sportage Lx 2.0L fwd

1- wich cable on my car can i connect neutral safety?

2- on my remote i have 2 ignition and 1 accessory on my car i have 1 ignition and 2 accessories what can i do?

3- my original keyless entry remote from kia i press 1 time to unlock the driver door and 2 time for all doors, on my new remote i have everything to lock and unlock and i have 1 cable for second unlock where can i connect this one?

1) Is your car an auto or a manual and is your remote start manual enabled? 

2) Most remote starts can be configured via their programming to give either 2 x igns,. or 2 x acc or both.  In the worst case, wire the second ign to one of the acc or relay from 1st acc to the second.

3) You use the lock outputs from you remote start to lock all doors, take your unlock output to  5 wire drive the unlock motor wire on the driver's door, then your secondary lock output does the other doors.

It would have helped if you told us what make of remote start.
