Normally at the trunk release switch...Perusing through the notes doesnt list it... do you have a meter?

It is either going to be positive or negative trigger...You'll want to access the switch(either remove or find the harness in the rear of switch)...One side will be 12v...the other side will only have power/12v when switch is pressed(we will just assume its positive trigger)...! The "dead" side is where you want to attach the trunk release wire from...Start by putting the black lead to ground and the red lead to the wire on the switch...Test both sides and see what reading you get on the meter...One side should read nothing and the other side should be 12v...So when you press the button on car the dead wire should read 12v while button is pressed...If  you dont get any reading we can probably assume it is a negative trigger...sooo......Move the red lead to a known constant 12v source and the black lead to the switch...Test again...You do have a trunk pop button right...?
