Looking for someone to look over my EZGO wiring diagram and tell me where I need to add relays and/or diodes.
Mainly looking at the Alarm system, Rocker Switch, Brake Switch and Ignition/Light Switch.

That looks like OEM wiring so it should be fine.
You'd only add a relay for the lights if that improves brightness.
And high-current switch life could be extended by using relays. IMO that's for switches carrying more than a few Amps, eg, headlights, ignition switch, and brake & reversing lights (else change to LEDs) etc.
Usually starter motors also use a relay but that detail is lacking from your diagram. (Plus it's a combined starter/generator.)
