Hi Allen! Welcome to the 12volt!
Ok, here goes.
First, you must ensure that the DB-ALL is flashed with the correct firmware for your vehicle
application. According to XpressKit, this is 401.GM6 v. 2.29+.   Here is a link to the correct
install guide : http://www.xpresskit.com/DocumentDownload.aspx?documentid=7761&productid=461&firmwareid=3407
You didn't mention anything about an RFLCHGM PK3 loop or the THGM610 harness, so that
means you will be following the Type 2a install diagram on Page 3 of the DB-ALL install guide.
Please note that this install type consumes more power at rest and has the potential of draining
the vehicles battery if left sitting for long periods.
You have a choice to make. You can either go D2D using the DBI data harness between the
Viper and the DB-ALL or you can go W2W, leaving the D2D harness off and making all the
connections shown with Blue dashed lines. Can't guarantee how well D2D will work, but as
you can see, it will save a bunch or wiring between the modules.
Either way, all the solid Black lines must be connected.   There are two connectors at the
ignition switch that your will be making connections, the main Ignition connector and the PK3
connector. The DB-ALL GM6 install guide shows all the necessary connections so your Viper
H3 plug will look like this :
1 PINK (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT Pink wire, Pin 1 of 6 Pin Main Ignition conn thru diode
2 RED / WHITE (30A) FUSED IGNITION 2  Not Used
3 ORANGE ACCESSORY OUTPUT     Not Used
4 VIOLET (+) STARTER OUTPUT (CAR SIDE)       Not Used
5 GREEN (+) STARTER INPUT (KEY SIDE)        Not Used
6 RED (+) FUSED (30A) IGNITION 1 INPUT       to +12V constant along with H1/1
7 PINK/WHITE (+) IGNITION 2 / FLEX RELAY     Not Used
8 PINK/BLACK FLEX RELAY INPUT 87A Not Used
9 RED / BLACK FUSED (30A) ACC/STARTER INPUT    Not Used
Additional wires from the Viper :
H1/2 Black to chassis ground
H1/5 White to Parking Lights   Light Blue (-)   @ headlight switch or BCM, white plug, pin 8 ***Viper set to (-)***
H2/2 BLACK/ WHITE to chassis ground if auto trans
H2/8 BROWN / BLACK to Horn Trigger   Tan (-)   @ horn switch or BCM, brown plug, pin 18 *** optional
If your truck does not have the factory hood pin, you must install the Viper supplied hood pin and
connect it to H2/17 GREY (-) H00D PIN INPUT.
The install guide shows the PK3 ( or TDM ) connections that must be made with the 4 wires from the
DB-ALL. All connections should be properly soldered and insulated.
Soldering is fun!
