Help - I need the VSS wire for a 1999 Benz ML430 - ANY help would be greatly appreciated

it should be on the radio plug, it's a standard ISO plug same as the european plugs. from memory could be a GREEN / WHITE pin 1 or 2. easy way to test is try with a test light with the radio on if one mutes the radio the other should be VSS.
