I just bought a new kenwood radio for my 95 grand jerokee. I can't get no sound! I think I wired it up right. I bought the jeep from an individual, and the factory one was tore up, missing buttons and nobs. It would come on but I didn'y really no what was what? I think it has a factory amp, so I'm not sure what to do. I have took some wires and just hooked up one of the door speakers and it works fine. I bought the after market harness for it, but I have two wires that is left over, ORANGE / white, and a cream color for mute?
I don't know, that is why I am here!

If you had the Factory Infinity Radio, U need to POWER the Last Wire in the Black Plug.  Which should be the BLUE wire on your After Market Harness.

Should be wire for wire (same color) from your Kenwood to your After Market Harness.........If it doesn't come on then check BOTH fuses on Kenwood and BOTH Fuses in Fuse Box........

I found out the factory amp was blown! I'll just pick up another one.
