Installing a alarm system in a Honda Civic 2002 sedan.  there are three door trigger wires in the car, one for the driver, passenger and one for the rear doors, do I connect all of these wires to the one wire from the alarm control module.

Yes that is correct and you will need to diode isolate them as well with a 1N4001 1 amp diode with the cathode band facing the door trigger.

they should all be in the green alarm connector in the driver kickpanel
