92 astro van factory 6 speakers wiring?

i have 2(6.5") dash, 2(6.5") side panel, and 2(4") rear roof pillars. they all work with my factory radio, BUT once i installed new cd player only 2dash and 2 rear pillars speakers work....???? i checked all diagrams and they only list 2 pairs....anyone with info about the side panel speakrs...???

Not sure. my mom has a 1995 astro with six speakers, 2 (6.5")in the dash, two(6.5") in the rear cargo doors and two(4") in the rear roof pillers. It appears that the rear doors and the rear pillar speakers are tied together, because not only are the wire colors the sames, the balance and fader doesnt affect them. Never seen ones in the side panels, are you sure they are factory? Try unscrewing one to see the wire colors. Maybe they have an amp on them somewhere? Try hooking up the remote wire to the factory power antenna wire(probably pink) and see if maybe they come on. let us know what you find out and tell us the wire colors on them side speakers.
