2000 Nissan Sentra Audio Wire

I have some problem about 2000 Nissan Sentra Audio wires.. there are two wires - yellow/red and RED / yellow.. I do not know what they are for? BTW, there is no black-wire( Ground).. Thanks..

you are correct, there is no ground wire in nissan harnesses, if you're putting in an aftermarket stereo, you'll have to find a good clean piece of support metal behind there to use as a ground.  The yellow/red wire is the illumination wire, it should have 12V on it when the headlights or parklights are on.  I do not know about the RED / yellow, possibly a factory amp turn-on or negative dimmer wire.
