Where is the cigarette lighter fuse located in a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer? the fuse cover isn't labeled, its numbered and it says see  owneres manual and I don't have the owners manual

Turn the rig on....get a "test light" and start probing fuses.....it's there!  Touch both sides of the fuse, and look for yhe one that only lights up on one side.
