audi remote start

I had posted questions regarding this topic before but it seems to be gone. Anyhow, the company I am with picked up an Audi dealership to do all thier installs. So far they have been loyal and sending us plenty of work.

Where we are having some difficulty is with some newer higer end models such as the A6...A8 04 and up as well as the new Q7's.

If anyone out there has SUCESSFULLY installed a remote start into any of these models I would greatly appreciate some info and what modules/procedures were done. Basically we just need to add the RS feature to the factory remote so security is not a factor per say...just need to find the proper module that will allow ignition/crank/acc.

There are some mods out there we have tried but either they did not work right, did not work at all or the directions were so confusing that it kinda scared us away. I am sure Audi would leave us a vehicle to experiment with but if anyone has actually got one to remote start this would really save us the time and headache.

If no one can figure this out I guess I will be stuck figuring it myself...even if it takes days. If I do I will post what I found.
