I have a 97 ford expedition and I was wondering if someone could guide me thru the door trigger process.  About 2 hours after the alarm is set the alarm goes off.  when I disconnect the door triggger it doesnt do this.

Did u use a positive door tgigger???? If so try this wire a Light Blue \ White

DOOR TRIGGER|lt. blue/white *3   |-  |keyless module *2

*2 The keyless module is located high in the drivers kick against the firewall.  *3 One of two. The wire is in pin 11 and it is next to the BLACK/ pink wire. Test with a digital multi-meter ONLY, to keep from damaging the circuit tied into the other lt. blue/white.

Good luck and test all wires whenever possible.

Is up to the installer to test all wires with a DMM whenever possible.
