make neons flash with keyless entry

I have a plasmaglow platinum neon under car kit and i want to make the neons flash with the parking lights and tail lights when i (lock the door/enable my alarm) and when i (unlock the door/ disable my alarm). i want these neons to flash without having my switch on in the car, but i do want the neons to still work with the switch i have in my car. I have my neons hooked up to a relay and then hooked up to a switch. --so pretty much i just want my neons to flash without having the switch on, but still be able to activate my neons with the switch. any help would be great. thanks

Ok well i thought it worked but now the problem is that when i turn on my parking lights (or headlights) it also turns my neons on? Any other ideas? thanks

I think i may have just used the diode on the wrong wire or my diode was bad. unhooked my parking light wire that comes from my alarm system and now everything works as it should except now my parking lights dont flash when i arm or disarm my truck only the neons do. I am happy with that though because my parking lights are blacked out anyways :) Thanks for all of your help.
