2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Van Radio - Last Post -- posted image.

I am new to forums so I apologize , I have searched for 2 days now and can't find any wire diagrams with these color combinations and I even bought a wiring harness adapter but the colors do not match because the old owner must of cut the wires so now it's a headache to figure it out

A much better picture and it makes me so upset that someone would cut the factory harness.

Date of van is 3-00 last part of vin is yk142375 if this is of any help
