Would you believe ign 2 on post 05 PSA cars have to be connected for the remote start BUT I then relay via the R/S status output to disconnect it from the ignition switch because it's connected during cranking and this feeds back if you are alarmed? You also need ign 2 powered up to start the car. Yes I discovered that one as well. Except I can't think of any other car where ignition 2 gets powered up during the crank cycle AND is connected to ign 1. Sorry about typos in previous post I should have taken more care.
