Although the readingLight/LED switch is shown as a 3-way, merely use a 2-way and omit the center-off position if it is to follow the door switch or dome light status. Or omit the LHS position if you want it totally independent of dome lights....
Note that the diagram assumes the common "hot" dome & reading light conventions where they are turned on through grounding switches, and the +12V is a fused +12V source.
(FYI - that diagram comes from
