Tried it both ways, it does not work... If it is supposed to, as you seem to be certain, then I must have a defective alarm controller... I won't condemn it until I try the 451m

I just dropped back to update on this... I got a 451m and wired it for neg pulses and it works Aftermarket Door Lock - Page 2 -- posted image.

One side note if you need to go this route, insulate or isolate the white/black and brown/black leads at the outset... If they make contact, it will reverse the lock / unlock signals Aftermarket Door Lock - Page 2 -- posted image.

This was happening intermittently when the harness was moved
