The biggest thing you need to do is make sure you are connectable. That means that if you're behind a router, you need to go into your router settings and make sure the port that your bittorent client uses is "open", or set to forward requests to your PC. Check this link for more help: http://portforward.com/

Once you have your router set correctly, you should be able to seed without any problems.

For those of you with the 60 disc, and have the picture manager program, is there an actual screen on the DVD for when the video lockout occurs? I heard someone mentioning delete that screen, or make it transparent. Does it exist?

The lockout screen is not a photo or image, but more like a popup dialog box that superimposes itself over the screen.  It cannot be made transparent.  The code needs to be modified to remove it.

When this happens, does the audio stay active from the DVD?

Man I don't get it, I get to 99.92 percent on the download and it stops everytime. This is killing me. I can't finish it! Can somsone transfer directly to me with AIM or Yahoo?

Today I did a little experimenting. I pulled the speed sensor lead and drove the car. The lockout was disabled for about a mile (and my position did not update). Then the brain must've looked for a gyro signal, as all of a sudden my position was correct on the map, and the lockout was enabled. That leads me to think that it uses both speed and gyro to know if the vehicle is in motion (you can also use a toggle switch on the park brake lead to "trick" the unit for about 2 seconds at a time).

Just out of curiousity, if a DVD can be played with the monitor is closed, what about figuring out how to trick the brain into thinking the monitor is closed when it's actually not?

The DVD will play with the monitor open or closed, it just superimposes the message over the video, so I don't think that will help.

OK I have the West disk now, I am seeding it but it doesn't look like anyone's downloading it from me. Any progress on this?

Alright well I tried to burn it twice now. Once as an ISO and once by just burning the data onto the DVD and both times it failed. The first one wouldn't read in the car and the second one just kept saying please wait as it was burning it, even after the time ran out.

God I hate computers. I'm ready to throw this DVD burner off the cliff.
