My first set of kick panels done in my dorm room at Mizzou! Tell me what you think. Ill tell you what i think. I think they are to small any one with suggestions on what i should do? Drill a hole in the bottom? my first polk momo kickpannels in dorm -- posted image.

I will post the whole project as soon as I am finished with the second panel and when i get some advice as if people think thats a big enough enclosure for the speaker.

Wow... super tiny, hehe...

I would like to see other angles of the pod, such as the back, etc.

This reminds me of the quick pods CAE magazine did a couple of months back.

Here is another angle. I really whould like to know what to do about the lack of space so as soon as anyone can give me some advice on wether I should start over or just drill a hole in the bottom that whould be great! my first polk momo kickpannels in dorm -- posted image.

yea leave them sealed, and i hope you made sure they dont hinder your ability to drive being that they stick out so far.

I 2nd leaving them sealed, it'll sound alot better like that anyways.

BTW, those things look crazy, at first i was saying to my self(from a quick look at the first pic) man, that justa speaker sitting in the cup holder my first polk momo kickpannels in dorm -- posted image.

then i saw the second pic^^ and put my foot in my mouth. Thats a really odd design. Looks really cool, but just hope it sounds well and you dont break it putting your foot on the clutch. GL with door #2

Considering the extreme angle, I am now wondering about sound quality. 2nd I also noticed that it is sitting below the door panel edge. Are you still able to close the door with the panel mounted back on?

The enclosure is a bit on the tiny side. That may affect how they sound. If you lose some of the deeper notes and want to restore it, instead of drilling out the bottom, consider cutting out some of the door panel behind the fiberglass and then enlarge the airspace using the area within the door panel to keep the sound isolated and clean.
