When I push the copper contacts together and re-install it works.... but it won't turn off. Any thoughts?

However I find I've always been able to assemble by paying close attention to giveaway moldings and locating guides, plus the occasional good analytical thinking and copious patience.
These days unfortunately that requires suitable glasses, or should I say X-Ray-Specs? (LOL! Oh Bondage... Sorry, that's so last millennium.)
