Ford NC door triggers

Tech tip: Interfacing with Normally Closed Door Triggers Some vehicles have door triggers that rest at ground when the door is closed, and go to an open circuit when the door is opened. These vehicles can make it difficult to interface with the door trigger input on Remote Starts and Security Systems. The diagram below shows how to interface with these vehicles. Make note that all resistors are 10kΩ and all diodes are 1 amp. ...(1921.pdf)
