Pull the center console out a little and it is right there. It is only 6-8 screws and takes only about 5 minutes, it is the easiest place to find it.

there's a RED / green wire under driver's side dash that leads up towards the instrument cluster that's much easier to access. it's in a bunch of other wires that's almost right behind the location of your sunroof and power mirror siwtches (if you have them).
but, if you're lacking a dmm to test the wires, the please please please go with auex's suggestion and go directly to the e-brake at the center console.
